Detailed breakdown of the platform

We started using Velory a few months ago for our IT Lifecycle Management. The ordering process for the full platform was straightforward after our demo. Implementation took about three weeks, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but their support team was helpful in getting our Hardware Lifecycle Tracking configured correctly. The Asset Lifecycle Analytics provides good insights, though I wish the reporting interface was a bit more customizable. Our employees found the Employee Equipment Portal pretty easy to use for requesting new devices. Delivery of hardware through their Automated Procurement System has been mostly on time, though one shipment to our remote team in Texas took 5 days to reach them, a day longer than estimated. What happens when an employee leaves? Does Velory help with getting their equipment back or wiping it or something?

Yeah, it integrates with MDM solutions. I think they list a bunch of compatible ones on their site. Should be pretty seamless.

We use it with our MDM, not Jamf specifically but a similar one. The setup was fairly straightforward and it pulls in device info just fine. Makes device management a lot easier.
